Reza is one of the founding members of Urbane. Having worked in corporate organizations for more than 20 years, he manages and regulates the financial deliveries of Urbane to its clients. Throughout the formation of Urbane, he has continuously create financial analysis that measures the true performance of any JMBs or MCs.

Zai started her career with Perdana Parkcity Sdn Bhd, the master developer of Desa Parkcity. Started as a mere billing executive, she began to find interest in property management services. By understanding the needs of house owners, her interest grew, and she began to slowly work her way up in the corporate ladder. Having served for more than 10 years in Desa Parkcity, she is highly proficient in the operation of any stratified developments and recognises the needs and requirements of managing high-end properties.
